Functional Fitness Sessions

Friday’s from 9:30am-10:15am

My name is Jen, fitness has played a major part in my life, in my mid 40’s I obtained a sport injury, and it was through rehab I discovered the importance of how to move my body properly, gain back strength and mobility within fitness.

I wanted to better myself with knowledge and returned to studying completing my Cert III & Cert IV in Personal training.  At the age of 53 I have never felt healthier in body and mindset.

I enjoy in sharing, inspiring and influencing clients in fitness, assisting them via strength and functional training to achieve their optimum goal at any age.  Embrace your pace!
